1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, mobile application, or any services provided by MoneyLife Financial Group, LLC ("MLFG," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MLFG.

2. Description of Services

MLFG provides a financial services platform offering, but not limited to:

• Loan application facilitation (business loans, personal loans, lines of credit, payday advances, tax return advances).
• Credit card and credit repair referral services.
• Investment application services including stock options, savings products, and insurance options.
• Financial education resources, courses, and advisory content.
• Employee payroll and financial wellness tools.

MLFG acts as a financial services facilitator and marketplace. We are not a bank, credit union, or direct lender for all products. Certain loan and investment products are fulfilled through third-party partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at services@mymlfg.com of any unauthorized use of your account. MLFG will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Not Financial Advice

The information and content provided on our platform, including loan calculators, investment tools, blog articles, and pre-qualification results, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Pre-qualification results are estimates only and do not guarantee loan approval or investment suitability. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making financial decisions.

6. Application & Third-Party Submissions

When you submit a loan or investment application through our platform, you authorize MLFG to share your application data with third-party lenders, investment platforms, and financial partners to evaluate your request. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Third-party partners have their own terms, conditions, and underwriting standards, which govern their products independently of MLFG. MLFG is not responsible for the decisions, actions, or errors of third-party partners.

7. Fees & Payments

Certain services available in our Shop, including financial courses, advisory packages, and membership programs, are offered for purchase. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the product description. For billing disputes, contact us at billing@mymlfg.com within 30 days of the transaction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or account registration.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any portion of our platform without authorization.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our systems.
• Impersonate MLFG staff, partners, or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the property of MLFG or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from MLFG.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MLFG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loan denials, investment losses, or reliance on pre-qualification results. MLFG's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid MLFG in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLFG, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your submission of false or inaccurate information.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Modifications to Terms

MLFG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
